World Sports Betting - Cape Fillies Guineas

The Summer of Champions kicked off at Kenilworth Racecourse Saturday, 5 December with the World Sports Betting - Cape Fillies Guineas. The winners title for the main race went to Mike Bass' filly, Silver Mountain, under jockey Aldo Domeyer. Silver Mountain beat the Glen Kotzen trained Our Destiny by 5 lengths in a time of 98,72 secs.

It was a brilliant day of racing and family fun and guests got the opportunity to win their share of R100k! Food trucks, sweet and savoury, were at the racecourse making sure guests had their fill of delicious dishes. Jumping castles were there to make sure the kids enjoyed themselves for the day. Also, the Vinyard Oval Market was around with beautiful stalls; from wine tasting to clothing to jewellry. A little bit of retail therapy while at the races is never a bad thing! There are more beautiful Summer days coming our way; and to add to that festive fun; there are more exciting race days coming too!
